Cupada Rosé

30% Macabeo, 20% Xarel.lo, 25% Paredella, and 25% Monastrell coming from vines planted in calcareous clay soils. Based on the 2021 vintage, the grapes are slowly whole bunch pressed and fermented in stainless and then spends 24 to 30 months on lees. Zero dosage.
