Cupada No. 26

Based on the 2019 vintage, this is a blend of estate grown Xarel.lo, Macabeo, and Parellada from ~30 year old vines planted in limestone, sand, clay soils. It ferments in stainless steel then transferred to bottle where it spends 24 months on lees. Zero dosage.
