L’Ensamblatge Gran Reserva

Based on the 2017 vintage and disgorged in 2023, it is a blend of 50% Xarel.lo, 25% Macabeo, and 25% Parellada. This wine spends 5 years on lees and a small portion of it sees oak, making this the most “champagne-esque” of their wines. Undoubtedly the most complex of the three, this shows slight autolytic characteristics and depth not typically associated with Cava. Zero Dosage.
