La Tuilerie Blanc de Blanc Extra Brut

Chardonnay from La Tuilerie vineyard on a mid-slope parcel around the village of Vandières. Vines grow on soils of sandy limestone over marl. Native yeast fermentation with aging in a mix of tank and oak barrels. Secondary fermentation under cork closures for at least 30 months, grape must was used as the liqueur d’expédition.
