Les Terres Bleues Extra Brut

A single parcel Pinot Meunier from the Les Terres Bleues vineyard, which is at the top (180m altitude) of the commune of Vandières. Vines grow on sandy soils on top of fossilized limestone. Native yeast ferment, maturation in oak barrels, secondary ferment under cork, roughly 3 years on lees prior to disgorging, and dosage is 7g/L.
