La Fontinette Blanc de Meunier Extra Brut

Pinot Meunier from La Fontinette vineyard on a mid-slope parcel around the commune of Vandières. Vines were planted in 1965 on soils of sand & clay limestone over marl. Native yeast fermentation with aging of the base wine in small oak barrels. Secondary fermentation with grape must as the liqueur de tirage, wines stay on lees in bottle for roughly 30 months prior to disgorgement, dosage of 2g/L.
