S.A. (Sans Année) Extra Brut

Pinot Meunier (60%) with Chardonnay (40%) from multiple parcels in the commune of Vandières, where Flavien Nowack is based. Native yeast ferment and maturation in tank and oak barrels before secondary ferment, roughly 2 years on lees before disgorging. Base wine is 2020 vintage with some reserve wine blended (10%) from 2012-2019. Very low dosage (1g/L).
