Yume Ikkon and Yamadanishiki rice milled down to 50%. Aromatic on the nose with aromas of Asian pear, melon, lychee, and anise on the nose, finessed and textured on the palate, a wonderful balance of flavours with a drying finish. A classic daiginjo!
