Tasting Note: Yamadanishiki sourced from the Yoneda village in the Tojo district (Hyogo). Brewed in the kimoto method, everything else is undisclosed, including the milling rate.
Slightly effervescent on open, very fresh with fruity aromas of peach, pear, lychee, and yogurt on the nose. Fruity yet balanced on the palate with elegant umami, lovely finesse and great length on the satiny finish. A sake lower in alcohol (than average), crafted to be an everyday, approachable sake.
