Tasting Note: The highest quality Omachi rice from Akaiwa in Okayama milled down to 40%. A premium offering using the umami-rich Omachi rice. Well suited to pair with full-flavoured dishes. Slightly effervescent on opening with tropical fruit aromas. Rich and round with an elegant, sweet umami depth and length on the palate, finishing clean with some mineral notes. Enjoy slightly chilled in a burgundy glass.
