Tasting Note: Kitashizuku rice (a rice with roots to Omachi rice and commonly found in Hokkaido) is milled down to 50%.

Light and fresh, slightly effervescent on open with aromas of ripe melon, strawberry, apple, a very fresh sake with a lovely balance of fresh fruit and rice umami with great depth on a drying finish.
