Tasting Note: Special A grade Yamadanishiki rice from Hyogo milled down to 35%, it was this sake that was entered and won the title Champion Sake at the IWC in 2011.

Beautiful aromas of banana, white peach, and cantaloupe on the nose. Good weight with an elegant texture, lovely fruitiness and soft bitterness on a drying finish.
