Tasting Note: A special spring release sake, Tajima-Gouriki rice milled down to 50%. Gouriki is a sake rice that originates from Tottori, and some was then transplanted to Hyogo and improved through replanting to become a terroir-specific rice variety, Tajima-Gouriki. Slightly effervescent on opening with aromas of strawberry and citrus. Soft and fresh on the palate with blossom and fruit notes, elegant fruit & umami notes progress to a clean, elegant finish.
