A blend of Yamadanishiki and Ginfubuki milled down to an average of 60%, grown locally in Shiga. A well-balanced Junmai with aromatics of anise & cucumber, soft rice umami, round in texture, dry on the finish. Versatile and can be enjoyed throughout a meal chilled, room temperature or warmed.
