喜楽長 純米大吟醸 50

A blend of Yamadanishiki and Ginfubuki milled down to an average of 50%. Kanazawa yeast (yeast #14) used to bring out the delicate ginjo aromatics and rice umami.  A beautiful daiginjo with good richness, rounded texture and aromatics of melon, apple and anise. Pairable with richer flavoured foods. Enjoy slightly chilled to bring out its aromatics.
