A blend of Yamadanishiki with Gohyakumangoku and(or) Hattannishiki grown locally in Mie. All rice is milled down to 60% and the Yamadanishiki is used for the Koji rice portion of the sake. Yeast #9 is used for fermentation.

The standard (or house) style from Kiyasho Shuzo where the sake is light on entry, expanding on the palate with melon, and apple fruit with a hint of elderflower. Soft rice umami on the palate, good acidity and length on the finish. Enjoy chilled in a wine glass.
