Senbonnishiki rice milled down to 55%, grown in Hiroshima. Brewery owner and Toji, Tadayoshi Onishi had studied brewing in Hiroshima and has a close place in his heart. This is his interpretation of sake using the Senbonnishiki rice.

Generally fruity and fresh with notes of red berries on the nose. Elegant with soft umami, light sweetness and good acidity on the palate. Superb balance! Enjoy chilled in a wine glass.
