Only fresh yuzu is infused with Hououbiden’s Ginjo sake, making this refreshing Yuzu liqueur pure and concentrated. It is full of yuzu citrus aromas and flavours, including hints of yuzu peel bitterness. Enjoy it neat, on the rocks, or cut with soda or water.

This is non-filtered and has no additives. It will have sediment, so please gently mix it in to enjoy the full plum flavours of this delectable umeshu.
