From a local plum variety Miyano Ume, infused with Hououbiden’s Ginjo sake for a minimum of a year. Intense and concentrated with pure plum notes, silky on the palate with refreshing acidity and long finish. Pairable with cheese, fois gras, creme brulee, or simply enjoy on its own neat, on the rocks, or cut with some soda or water

This is non-filtered and has no additives. It will have sediment, so please gently mix it in to enjoy the full plum flavours of this delectable umeshu.
