Kome Shochu

 八海海⼭ 米焼酎 よろしく千萬あるべし

Crafted from sake rice, sake yeast, yellow koji, and the traditional 3-stage fermentation to create the mash, similar to traditional sake. During fermentation, sake lees are added (to the mash) to bring further delicate ginjo aromas to the finished product. The mash is then distilled via the low atmospheric distillation process and matured for a minimum of 2 years before release. 25% ABV

Delicate aromas of stone fruit and flowers on the nose, smooth and dry on the palate finishing with hints of ginjo aromas. Enjoy neat, on the rocks, cut with water (cold or hot). 

On the label the phrase “Yoroshiku Senman Arubeshi, “is noted in Japanese, it originates from a Chinese phrase translating to “Unlimited Fortune
