八海山 粕取り焼酎 宜有千萬
Crafted from only the fresh lees produced from sake production (sake kasu), distilled via the low atmospheric distillation process and matured at the brewery for a minimum of 3 years prior to release. 40% ABV.
Beautifully aromatic with notes of pear, lychee, anise, and a hint of fresh herbs. Rich and layered with a soft earthly mid-palate, leading to more ginjo aromatics on a long finish. Enjoy neat, on the rocks, or cut with a splash of water.
On the label the Japanese kanji characters “Yoroshiku Senman Arubeshi” are noted, it originates from a Chinese phrase translating to “Unlimited Fortune.”
