Vin Rouge

Pinot Noir from Bergheim, St Hippolyte, and Beblenheim terroirs where soils vary with a mix of limestone, flint, gravel, and granite. Destemmed fruit, native yeast ferment with aging in tank and barrel for 12 months. 

Tasting Note: Aromas of dark raspberry, cherry, plum with hints of tobacco, forest floor, flint on the nose. Medium-bodied on the palate with a juicy dark berry fruit & earthy core, good acidity, finely structured tannin, mineral on the finish.
