Côtes du Roussillon Villages Saint Barth Vieilles Vignes

Equal parts old vine Carignan, Grenache Pelut (Lledoner Pelut), Syrah from a parcel 2.5ha in size in the commune of Caramany. Granite soils with vines averaging 70 years. Natural fermentation and aged in third-year oak barrels for 15 months.

Tasting Note: Aromas of raspberry, plum with stone mineral, peppery herb on the nose. Medium-bodied and juicy berry fruit on the palate, fresh acidity, fine tannin, good texture, and notes of stone mineral on the long finish.
