Saumur Blanc

 Coming from the lower part of Les Chapaudaises, the vines are situated northeast, where the soil is a clay, loamy mix on top for about 1m until limestone. Fermentation and ageing take place in stainless steel tanks where it rests on fine lees for 6 months.
