Listán Blanco

Listán Blanco (aka Palomino) from ungrafted vines growing on volcanic soils. Vineyards are located north of Tenerife on slopes 500-900m above the sea. Hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel.

Tasting Note: Aromas of lemon, green apple, kiwi, grapefruit with fennel, salt, stone mineral, citrus zest on the nose. Juicy and with good concentration on the palate of fresh citrus, salty mineral, fresh herb notes, vibrant acidity, medium weight, intense with excellent length on the finish.
