Kuroki Honten, founded in 1885 in Miyazaki Prefecture, is run by Toshiyuki Kuroki and his son. Toshiyuki Kuroki has been a major contributor to the evolution of the Shochu world, with his respect for tradition as well as new ideas. At the core of the brand are its commitment to organic farming and an eco-friendly approach to all aspects of the operation.
