Yamadanishiki rice is milled down to 60%, grown locally on the Saga Plains, and fermented with yeast from the Begonia flower.

Not just your typical dry sake with a crisp, dry finish, this is sake with still a very good umami-driven midpalate, great depth and balanced acidity which is possible thanks to the Begonia flower yeast. Pairable with a variety of foods. Enjoy chilled.
