Marigold Yamahai
天吹 山廃純米マリゴールド
Omachi rice is milled down to 65%, grown locally on the Saga Plains, and fermented with yeast from the Marigold flower. Crafted using the Yamahai method, which takes longer the lactic acid is cultivated in the Shubo (starter mash) naturally.
A sake that is umami-driven with notes of rice bran, and nut butter, along with some banana and citrus fruit notes. Full-bodied with a rounded texture, very layered and with good depth. Enjoy chilled or warmed to bring out its umami/earthy aromas
