天吹 ぴんくれいでぃ

An ancient black rice grown locally was used to craft this unique rosé sake. Fermentation with yeasts from Strawberry blossoms and the Queen of the Night flower.

With a pretty rosé colour, this sake is off-dry and has aromas of fruit, with bran and rice grain, earth and savoury on the palate with a rounded texture.
