天狗舞 山廃にごり

Gohyakumangoku milled down to 65% at the brewery. A limited-release seasonal sake which is cloudy due to some sake kasu (sake lees) included in the bottling. An elegant and creamy textured sake with bright fruit and lactic notes, bittersweet and finishes dry. Enjoy well chilled.
