天狗舞 吟こうふり

Grade A Yamadanishiki milled down to 35%, grown in Hyogo. Kouburi means “crown” or “pinnacle”, this is the best of Shata Shuzo’s craftsmanship. Only the best batch is chosen to bear this label and aged in bottle for over two years. Showing maturation yet is still fresh, with great depth and complexity on the palate, finishing dry. Store in a cool area and enjoy chilled, in a wine glass. Very limited production.
