Blaufränkisch Heideboden

Blaufränkish from the vineyards of Edelgrund, Hofacker and Altenberg where soils are a mix of gravelly black earth, loamy sand and shell lime. Vines average 22-57 years. Grapes are hand harvested, fermented in stainless steel tanks and matured for 12 months in older barriques.
