庭の鶯 純米吟醸 うすにごり

Tasting Note: Yume Ikkon and Yamadanishiki rice milled down to 50%, grown in Fukuoka. 

A limited release, the Usunigori is slightly cloudy sake that’s crafted to showcase the freshness in sake. It may be slightly effervescent with bright fruity aromas of ripe pear, apple, and melon, lightweight and juicy on the palate, with a slightly creamy texture, with sweet rice notes on a drying finish. Gently mix the sediment with the sake prior to opening, and enjoy chilled.
