Tasting Note: Saga no Hana, Yamadanishiki, and Oyamanishiki rice milled down to 55%. Slight effervescence on open-releasing aromas of  apple, melon, bread yeast, and chestnut on the nose. A rounded texture on the palate with a beautiful balance of sweetness, acidity, and soft bitterness, finishing sharp and clean. Try slightly warmed to bring out some sweetness and rice umami notes.
