Riesling sourced from vineyard holdings within Kallstadt, where vines grow on soils that are generally a gravelly sandstone and loess mix above a limestone bedrock. Natural fermentation in large old oak barrels 600 – 1200L in size with minimum 8 months on lees.

Tasting Note: Aromas of lime, apple, and pear with hints of wet stone and white flower on the nose. Medium-bodied with a rounded texture on the palate, a good concentration of fruit, fresh acidity, and good length on a mineral finish. Dry.
