上川大雪 十勝 ブルー

A Junmai sake with rice grown in Hokkaido milled to 70% and crafted at the Hekiungura brewery, which is located just next to Obihiro University. The variety of rice used is undeclared, but at Hekiungura, the focus is put on Hokkaido-grown sake rice varieties of Suisei, Ginpu, and Kita Shizuku.
