Muscadet - Les Montys Le Parc

Organic Melon de Bourgogne grapes are grown on sandy-loam soils on top of amphibolite (metamorphic rock rich in amphibole minerals) and metagabbro (coarse-grained, dark-coloured igneous rock most abundant in the deep oceanic crust). Fermentation with indigenous yeasts on lees in concrete tanks.

Tasting Note: Aromas of apple, citrus zest, pear, white peach with spring blossom, crushed stone, saline on the nose. Bright and fresh on the palate with a mouth watering citrus core, vibrant acidity, round lees texture, and dry mineral finish.
