Brewed using locally grown Ginno Sei and Akita Sake Komachi, this Tokubetsu Junmai has a beautiful Ginjo nose with plenty of umami and a sharp finish. Very easy drinking sake with sweetness and acidity. Enjoy chilled or warmed depending on the occasion.
