Rosé De Loire

90% Cabernet Franc, 10% Groulleau from 30+ year old vines from Lys Haut Layon, where the soils are shallow grey schists and rhyolite (volcanic rock). Direct press, indigenous fermentation, no malo and rested in stainless steel.

Tasting Note:  Aromas of creamed strawberry, raspberry, with hints of fresh herb, flowers on the nose. Bright and fresh on the palate with a rounded texture, hints of spice on a stony, mineral finish. Delightful.
