Manganèse Rosé Pétillant

Gamay Noir based sparkling rosé, vinified to a low 8% alcohol as the fermentation is stopped, to retain natural sweetness, by lowering the temperature.

Tasting Note: Fragrant with aromas of red cherry, raspberry, strawberry, peach with yeast notes on the nose. Medium-sweet with juicy fruit, a hint of violets, fresh acidity.
