Les Grives Soules Vouvray

100% Chenin Blanc from 40-50-year-old organic vineyards in Vouvray and Noizay where soils are clay with limestone bedrock and flint. Grapes are directly pressed and fermented spontaneously half in tank and half in barrels ranging in age from one to ten years old. 14% alc, 2.8 g/L RS, 34mg/L SO2.
