Chablis
2018 - An extremely wet winter/spring. Two hailstorms in July damaged certain areas, otherwise a hot, dry summer. Picking dates were crucial to preserving acidity. A good harvest in general. Fruit from a remarkable 16ha holding on Kimmeridgian terroir. Vines average 35 years. Vinified and matured in stainless tanks for 6-10 months.

Tasting Note: 2018 - Fresh aromas of crisp pear and lemon on the nose. Great mid-palate concentration with crisp tree fruit and grapefruit, hints of flint, lively acidity, and a focused dry, lingering finish.
2022 - Fresh aromas of green apple, yellow pear, lemon zest with hints of oyster shell, stone mineral, white flower on the nose. Lush and textured on the medium-bodied palate, a good core of orchard fruit and citrus, bright acidity, balanced with crushed mineral notes on the finish.
