Sciaccarellu grapes from parcels with deep clay soils with small pebbles. Fruit from vines that are younger and are around 15 years. Natural fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless tank with 2 months on lees prior to bottling

Tasting Note: Aromas of fresh raspberry, strawberry, and peach with a hint of pepper spice on the nose. Juicy and bright on the palate, fresh red fruit, vibrant acidity, round texture, good length on the finish with hints of spice.
