Tasting Note: “Our Champagne Ratafia is meant to be a moment of genuine sweetness and pleasure. It is made in a traditional way from Champenois grape juice to which alcohol is added. Discovered in the 13th century, the delicious alchemy, now allows us to taste the caress of this Champagne grape juice.
