Cuvée Chanson Chardonnay

100% Chardonnay grown on shallow clay/limestone and silty limestone. Fermentation with indigenous yeast with minimal intervention, non-oxidative aging in 50% old burgundy barrels and 50% neutral demi-muids for 6 months prior to bottling. Very minimal sulphur used.

Tasting Note: 2020 - Aromas of peach, pineapple, lemon, and yellow apple, with stone mineral, honey, and butter on the nose. Rich and round on the palate, buttered ripe fruit core with also a good line of minerality, fresh acidity, creamy texture, and good length on the finish.
