The Daily August Riesling

Riesling from select estate vineyards in Eltville and Erbach. Vines grow on generally heavy soils of sandy loess loam. Each parcel vinified separately in stainless steel, blended before bottling.

Tasting Note: AAromas of apple, lemon, lime, pear with hints of wet stone and flint on the nose. Bright and fresh on the palate with a core of citrus & orchard fruit, vibrant acidity, lightweight and balanced, with a good length on a mineral finish. Dry/Off-dry.
