Omachi milled down to 55%, fermented using yeast extracted from strawberry blossoms. Refreshing and fruity, this sake has the beautiful aromatics of strawberry (of course!) and berry fruit, elegant with a rounded texture. A sake that is wine-like with its balanced fruitiness and acidity, it should please even a sake novice.
