Kidoizumi Shuzo 木戸泉 酒造

Founded in 1660 in Isumi, Chiba, Kidoizumi Syuzo is known for its unique high-temperature Yamahai method and natural brewing. Kidozumi Syuzo was also one of the first breweries to offer Koshu (aged sake) in Japan.
