Smalt Sauvignon Blanc

A single plot Sauvignon from grower Jean-Max Manceau in La Tour-Saint-Gelin (Touraine). Grapes grow on sandy soils on a clay/limestone base with an average vine age of 10 years and are in organic conversion. Manual harvest with natural fermentation and aging in stainless steel vats for 7 months.
