Sake, Wine & Everything Fine! | A Dinner Collaboration with Royal Dinette
A delicious and fantastic evening with Royal Dinette at our “Sake, Wine, and Everything Fine!” Event. What a great turnout we had; thank you to everyone who came to support the many producers we featured and paired with food prepared by chef Alden Ong and his team!
The range of the portfolio was showcased to demonstrate the diversity of the lineup and it’s ability to pair with food.
We had three guest breweries join us for the evening: Kazunari Shata of Tengumai Shata Shuzo, Munetaka Nakashima of Kozaemon Brewery, and Sato Mayumi of Hakkaisan Brewery. We also had Nina Saulnier Blache of SBC Wine & Sake from France who has much knowledge about the Burgundian wines that were shared throughout the evening. It was an honour to have them all participate and share with us their passion of sake and wine.
Below are the pairings of the menu! We hope everyone had a wonderful time!
